Will you check my order before processing?
Absolutely. We will check you order for accuracy and contact you to verify everything is correct and exactly what you want. You will also receive a drawing of your final cabinets and a quote prior to your approval.
What is your return or cancellation policies?
Stocked items (slatwall, slatwall accessories, overhead racks) can be returned subject to a 10% restocking fee, plus shipping costs.
Cabinets and components are custom-built to your specifications and cannot be returned. Your order is processed very soon after we receive of your order. Once your order has entered our production it cannot be cancelled.
Can I see your cabinets before I order?
We do offer a FREE sample kit that we will send to you that will contain samples of our powder-coated doors, slatwall and accessories. Click here to request samples.
What if I don’t see exactly what I want?
Just contact us to schedule an appointment at your convenience. We’ll contact you at the scheduled time to answer any questions and create a FREE custom design just for you. A live person. No high-pressure sales tactics. Just help. Schedule your appointment now.
When will my order arrive?
Your order ship from our factory within a week from our receipt of your order. Cabinet orders are shipped by truck which may take a few days longer to arrive at your home. The carrier will contact you to arrange delivery. For more details, read our Shipping Rates.
Are the cabinets difficult to install?
If you’ve ever assembled a computer desk or entertainment center you’re qualified! Complete instructions are included with your order and we have an online video that will go through the basics.
What if I need help with the installation
We’re just a toll-free phone call away. A live person can answer any questions you may have and help you through the installation process.
Are the cabinets shipped assembled?
No. Cabinets are broken down and shipped flat. You will need to assemble and install them yourself. If you need someone else to install your cabinets contact us and we can help you find a competent handyman in your area.
What if my order arrives damaged or missing parts?
We pack everything carefully but accidents can happen. Call us immediately and we’ll work with you to get the situation resolved.

What if I have problems in the future?
Your cabinets are covered by a 10 Year Warranty, so if anything does happen, you’re covered. Since we manufacturer everything ourselves we’ll be able to provide with any parts needed.
